Natasha, and the people on the previous day, valued my input to help in deciding my needs.

The guy Mike, who served us has only been working in the store for three weeks but he was very knowledgeable and very helpful not at all pushy. He gave us time to walk around try the beds if we need advise we only had to call him. A very pleasant man. There was a very good choice to choose from.

Very friendly and helpful staff- offered a hot drink and looked after well

Assistant listened to my requirements and budget and did not try to push me into anything I could not afford. Also explained the procedure and double checked with me what he put on the computer. Also made me a cup of coffee whilst I was deciding and left me try out the bed a couple of times whilst I was making up my mind.

Max, the gent who helped me was very knowledge, very kind and very supportive

Max was very friendly and helpful to both my son and I when we choosing a new bed and mattress. He was happy to show us all the options and explain price differences. He explained special deals but at no point did I feel pressured into taking extra cover or other offers. I wish all sales assistants were like Max. Thank you.

Natasha was very helpful from start to finish, she made us feel as comfortable as the mattress did. Very good customer service. Looking forward to our bed and mattress being delivered tomorrow.

The service we had initially was from a gentleman who was obviously experienced, answered our questions but got the balance right between being there and leaving us alone to ponder. we went home to measure up, returned the next day and placed the order. the store was busy and we had to wait a couple of minutes and even though we weren't bothered, Natasha who took our order was very polite and apologised for the wait.
