The staff were very attentive and understood my needs. They briefly took me through their colour code guide and then left me to try out the products myself. When it was time to place the order there was a little wait, but Mike was very attentive and took me through all the purchasing option. The only problem came when we wanted to book a delivery date, there weren't many options available without you having to wait in all day. I ended up having to pay extra for a weekend delivery with a specific time otherwise it was going to be a couple of week wait for delivery. (I work full time (Mon - Fri) and can't wait in for deliveries).

We visited Trowbridge store and were served by James. He took time to understand out requirements and quickly homed in on the best way forward. He was knowledgeble and answered all our questions in a professionsl and friendly manner.

The employees at your Trowbridge store were very helpful, kind and understanding of what I needed, the store manager James walked me through your wide range of beds and what extras could be accompanied with such products. I am very pleased with the service I have received and am very greatful for your experience staff members and how professional yet friendly they were.

Swift efficient service and given time to consider

The store assistants were lovely and so friendly. I didnt at all feel they were pressure selling but were always on hand to assist.
