Excellent staff member who gave us time and space to decide our choice. We are returning customers and confirm that standards remain high. Unreserved recommendation to our staff assistant; job well done.

We were not sure what we were looking for but the assistant, James, was very knowledgeable and when we explained the type of bed we were looking for he pointed us in the right direction and took time to allow us to try out different options. He was very friendly and helpful.

Staff member Charlotte was very friendly, understanding of my needs and knowledgeable about the products. She made me feel comfortable within the environment, and answered all my questions with as much detail as she could.

I was very impressed with the variety of beds and the quality of the mattresses in my local Dreams store. I was given time and useful information by the manager/assistant to select the mattress, base and headboard best suited to my needs. Goldilocks would like this shop.

From entering the store we were made welcome and felt safe. Lindsay came over to us and helped us through the whole process, she was assisted / helped by Charlotte who has a wealth of knowledge. Their helpfulness and professionalism, were the main reason we felt confident to by from dreams.

As we entered the store we were greeted by the lovely Linzie with a warm welcome. She asked if we would like any water and if we needed any assistance in the store. We informed her that we were going to be looking at mattresses so she suggested that we use Sleepmatch and explained how it worked. Whilst we were waiting she really took time to get to know us and asked about any difficulties sleeping etc. By getting to know us and chatting she learnt that my boyfriend was entitled to military discount which we did not know. Once we had our mattress options she took us around to view and try them out and were very impressed by her knowledge of the products. We were very satisfied with the covid measures that were in place and the quality of service we received from Linzie. We are now very happy with our new mattress and would definitely return in the future.

The store assistant Max was so helpful, and friendlyX he was welcoming and very knowledgeable - he took the time to understand what we wanted and our budget and helped us find 2 beds that really suited our needs
