Our sales representative, mike was extremely helpful land knowledgeable and was not pushy. We only went in the store to see what was available and had no intention of buying but we were extremely happy with the help we had from all the staff. Thank you

We came in to browse and consider buying a new mattress. Michael so friendly and helpful in finding what we wanted we decided to make a purchase on this trip. My children were allowed to use the toilet and Michael even got out some crayons and paper for my children so my partner and I could look properly

Natasha gave great description on every bed and we tested a few, we decided between two she took us through the quality of each bed then said having listened to me say how I needed cool pillows asked if I had considered the cool mattress, so we tested that one and decided that was the one for us or me but hubby was happy also. I can't wait for it to be delivered the only down side is it won't be delivered till 13 th Oct. but I believe it will be worth the wait. I would just like to say Natasha was a great help in choosing our new bed and was in no way pushy we appreciated her help.

James the store manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He offered us refreshments whilst we were making our choice on the bed and he gave us options as well as selling us the product. He was attentive and nothing was too much trouble for him. Before we had made up our mind fully, he had checked availability of the item and a rough estimate of delivery times and dates. He was extremely nice and made us feel very welcome.

I arrived in store quite late to purchase a mattress as they close at 6pm, however the chap who I was served by 'James' was happy for me to take my time, I had narrowed it down to three very comfy mattress and was also choosing between two pillows. After I was happy with my decision we sat down to discuss payment and warranty. I was offered a drink and excepted. Whilst we were discussing my order other members of staff packed up and went home. I very much appreciated James staying 20mins over closing time to complete my purchase as this was the only time I had available that weekend as I was going away the next day. All staff I spoke with were very friendly and approachable and I would recommend to friends and family to buy from Dreams.

The assistant (Mike) was extremely helpful. He offered tea or coffee, took a lot of time to explain the different nature of the beds and mattresses and always waited patiently for more questions and try-outs. we were both very happy
