Dreams - Trowbridge

Gave my list of requirements for new bed. Shown a specific range. Suited my needs. Assistant knowledgeable about the production process of the Flaxby range of beds. Job done.

As soon as we entered the store we were greeted politely and asked if we needed help. Michael did not hurry us in any way, made us a coffee, encouraged us to try the different mattresses. We placed our order, received the phone call as promised on the morning of delivery to tell us the expected delivery slot and I am pleased to say the mattress arrived in the allotted timescale.

Very friendly assistant, even made mea coffee. Also very knowledgeable on the products

We were asked if we needed any assistance to which we said we were just looking for a minute. Which Natasha did very politely until we asked for her help She was extremely helpful in our purchase of bed and mattress

Mike was knowledgable and interested in our needs. He explained the products even though he had been working at Freams for less than 2 months. He gave us time and space to reflect and consider our options. He was supportive but never pushy. His manner and approach along with the products certainly ensured there was a sale. Overall we were treated and valued with respect. One of our best experiences in any store.

Natasha at Trowbridge store made us both coffee. At no time did we feel pressured. Natasha have us honest advice.

The shop assistant was very helpful and made it very easy to come to the choise of bed we wanted. Her help was more than we would of expected. She helped us to get everything we needed at a price we could afford.

we were left to browse round the shop but offered help if needed, when we were ready to ask questions the sales assistant was very helpful but not pushy. We were offered tea or coffee on 2 separate occasions. The whole process was made easy for us to make our own minds up on which items to choose.

Michael was fantastic, very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Really explained all the options extremely clearly. Very happy.

Mike was helpful with his knowledge of the mattresses and asked the appropriate questions to find out what we wanted and asked us how we felt about each bed we tried in comparison to the last. We were made welcome and were asked several times if we'd like a cuppa even though we declined as not long had one. The hard sale wasn't pushed upon us which we appreciated and our needs were met.
