Dreams - Trowbridge

Natasha has fantastic knowledge of the products, benefits of the products, the costing and how they are produced. She kindly offered us tea/coffee and nothing was to much trouble. The store was generally clean with clear pricing. Overall very pleased with the service and now looking forward to our delivery!

We had every service we could have had -- even a cup of coffee and had pillows given to us because we had returned after being given a quote.

The branch (Trowbridge) was very quiet when we went so the Dreams colleague (Max) was able to dedicate his time and knowledge to us, and help us with our purchase.

The staff were helpful and quick, not only showing me the item I was interested in but similar items which met my requirements. Everything about the ordering process was straight forward and explained very clearly.

Very friendly store assistant and good choice of pillow

We were approached and given extra information without feeling pushed into a sale. The staff member, Natasha, was nice and friendly.

The store assistant ,Mike ,was extremely helpful and knowledgeable re the various mattresses in store which enabled me to eventually choose my new product- I would certainly return to and recommend the store to family and friends .
