Very helpful store manager.

Very good selection of beds. The salesman was very helpful in telling us all about different beds. He then left us for a while to have a think and view and try the beds out. He was not at all pushy but made sure we knew everything. Very friendly but professional.

Customer service was excellent . All questions were answered.

The gentleman who served me was very attentive and gave great advice on the best product to suit our needs

Welcoming cup of coffee! Store manager was extremely helpful and her product knowledge first class. We were given time to look round without being pressurised. Layout of store was light and airy with clean customer toilets. Bed delivered within allocated time slot by very pleasant driver and colleague who clearly took pride in their job and also telephoned beforehand to advise us of their imminent arrival. Would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams to friends and colleagues.
