very friendly staff up to speed with current offers gave us time and space without any pressure to buy.even offered two cups of coffee. A week delivery seems very reasonable hope the sleep is as good as the sell

The salesman took time and asked us quite clearly about our needs, his attention did not wander and he was not the least bit pushy

James and all other staff were very helpful

Mike the member of staff looking after us was very knowledgable on the different types of mattresses and was very patient. He made us a hot drink & did not rush us in our decision making.

We were greeted with friendly efficient service. Max listened to our needs and provided a professional service. we were slightly disappointed to have to wait a month for delivery, but otherwise the service was good.

We new what we had in mind,so spoke with Max the advisor assistant. We discussed and tried various mattresses and expressed our preferences and soon decided what to purchase, and felt it was a good price for our budget. We set about our purchase there and then. Max Soon processed the order and gave us options for delivery, along with information on delivery of new mattress and information regards disposal of old mattress, offered us other accessories like mattress protesters and pillows To which we opted for for pillows, as we have protectors already. We found Max very knowledgeable and he answered all our questions satisfactory.

The store salesman was very friendly and approachable without being pushy. There was plenty of choice of beds etc in the store to be able to make an informed selection.

The store was clean, assistant very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and was able to sort out what we needed.

I was highly satisfied with every aspect of our visit to Dreams Trowbridge. Solely due to the high attentiveness and knowledge of your sales rep. Michael i believe his name to be. My stipulations for a new mattress were: my current one gives me back pain, im quite large and overweight and our budget is low. Taking all this into consideration Michael was very discreet and incredibly helpful. I had reservations about using big chain stores. This has now been quashed.
