Natasha was able to give advice on suitability of product etc, and quickly found the deliver dates for 3 different bed bases. She then quickly wrote down all the details on a card for us to take away while we made a decision. She explained how we could call her and order over the phone if we decided to go ahead. We were not put under any pressure to buy.... we phoned in our order later.

Mike was knowledgeable and very helpful.

These days there are so many beds and mattresses to choose from so some help is welcomed, especially when we haven't bought a new bed for a while. The assistance in the shop was great and helped us focus quickly on what we wanted and the delivery date was perfect. We were kept fully informed of progress with the order and delivery staff arrived when they said they would and were most helpful. The whole process of choosing and buying a bed was made effortless and I would certainly go back to Dreams, and recommend them to family and friends, without hesitation.

We were given assistance and guidance but no pressure to purchase. The assistant was friendly and professional and happy to answer our questions and demonstrate the product.

Approached as soon as we entered the store by Mick who quickly established our requirements and was friendly efficient and knowledgeable.

We were very satisfied with the knowledge of Michael who served us and how he simplified of where to look for our specific needs. He was helpful and courteous at all times.

The assistant was extremely helpful,she knew the product well,I suffer with back pain and she helped me to get the best product,explain how each mattress was beneficial.

I told the sales assistant what I wanted and he showed me what I wanted and could afford. It was a no fuss and easy transaction.

The shop assistant came over to see of we needed help or happy to browse. Then she described the differences between products we were interested in having listened to our requirements. She left us to consider our options and brought us a cup of tea. She went through the various options for delivery and finance arrangements efficiently.

There was a good range of different types of mattresses. Natasha the shop assistant was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She also gave us space and time to look for ourselves without feeling pressured. But was on hand when we needed help! Over all was a very good shopping experience.
