Served by Mike who was very professional and friendly. Did not feel at all pressured and Mike was very knowledgeable and explained what we needed to know in order to help us make a decision. We were offered a hot drink which was also pleasant. Would definitely go back in the future should the need arise.

As soon as I walked in the store, an assistant came to me and when I told her what I wanted, she showed me several and explained the quality of each and I chose the one that I wanted. I was then offered a cup of tea or coffee, while the paperwork was done. The lady was very helpful and explained everything very thoroughly. I wish all shop assistants were as helpful.

Despite the store being extremely busy during the post Christmas sales period, the Manager was able to listen to our needs and create a package of base, matttress & bedding in a price that met our budget.

Natasha was polite, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. There were printer and computer glitches in store but she remained calm and apologetic. An excellent staff member.

Went straight to what i wanted and James came straight over and was very knowledgeable about product. Had cups of tea while we ordered which was very nice.

Mike gave us just the right time we needed to work out what we needed and decide what we needed to purchase. He was great, really great. Not too fast, not too slow, just right. Great knowledge, and answered ALL our queries.

Efficient,courteous and knowledgeable salesperson. Natasha was very helpful and considerate - she even helped storing our coats and bags safely, and made us both a cup of tea! ( Particularly welcome as my husband had a broken neck and was in a neck brace following an accident.) She was really helpful regarding not rushing us with our decision, and giving us some good advice about choosing the right mattress.

Greeted on arrival and offered help by Michael.(Trowbridge branch). He answered all of our questions and offered advice which was very helpful. Once we had decided on the mattress he took our order, money and arranged the delivery date. The whole experience was straight forward, professional and friendly.
