Natasha was very helpful and even though the store was very soon to close we were not rushed into making a decision. She answered our questions in a very professional manner and still found time to offer us refreshments

During my visit to your Trowbridge store I was able assisted by the manager James. He was helpful from the moment I entered the store. He was polite in every way showing me where the mattresses were that I wish to look at. My requirements were that I required a firm mattress. James explained the difference that each mattress contained and nothing was to much trouble. Having made up my mind, he still explained that I needed to still look at others but while he was making me coffee I decided on Insignia Whinfell 4000 K Mattress. From that time it was all made easy and James explained delivery, removal of the old mattress and information with regard telephone call on day of delivery. In all the service was excellent in every way. Having purchased my original bedstead and mattress from your Chippenham store some years ago and always been pleased with your services. I felt that I would return to your store again. Thank you for your excellent service

On arrival we were met by Natashia who show us various mattress which we tried. She explain very fully all aspects of each mattress. We also had a coffee while choosing. We were very impresses with the speed of delivery only a week to wait.
