Dreams - Trowbridge

We were aware of what we wanted having bought previously in store, but assistant identified product and dealt with order very professionally.

The sales assistant, Natasha Weston, was pleasant, patient and knowledgable, she was a big factor in our decision making. I hope she is representative of the rest of your staff. The only issue with the price is that I believe we had just missed a promotion that would have given a larger discount

There were lots of mattresses to chose from. Natasha in the Trowbridge store was very friendly and helpful. The mattress was perfect, in stock, and we took it home with us that afternoon.

Assistant was Max. Had all relevant information to the products purchased. He was friendly and informative. Order went through quickly without any problems.

My daughter and I wanted new mattresses and I wanted a base also but we weren’t really set on anything particular so were browsing. Various assistants came and asked us if we needed help but we explained just looking at moment and they all left us to browse. James the manager was especially good. He could see we weren’t ready so offered us a cup of tea. He took time to explain what each type of mattress was, which would be best for us after asking a few questions. He encouraged us to lay on the beds to try them but highlighted the 40day comfort guarantee, this was especially helpful and is what finally set us to choosing that we wanted. James also helped me choosing my base, I explained what my preference was (storage) so showed me types that would suit, explaining what colours, size and options were available for each. His knowledge of every product was outstanding. All in all shopping at Dreams was a dream, easy, pleasant and full of friendly staff, now I can’t wait for the new bed to arrive :)

Great customer service, clean ,bright welcoming store, great displays, i had my young daughter with me and they settled her with colouring things which greatly helped while i purchased my bed

Well. We knew we wanted a bed BUT what one ? Natasha welcomed us told us about the colours on the beds etc then left us to it , not for long that's when we needed to ask questions ,she was so helpful explains the ins and outs of lots of beds. Hence we bought one Many thanks Natasha

The Dreams assistant was helpful and courteous and was able to explain the differences between mattresses. A drink was offered for while we waited to go through the ordering process and all the additional options were explained well. A good experience.
