Dreams - Trowbridge

Max was very knowledgeble about all the products and answered any questions we had

Mike was very helpful and I was very happy with the service I received from him. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase anything from dreams and to speak to Mike

We were browsing in the Trowbridge store, and James introduced himself and asked if he could be of any assistance. He offered us a coffee and left us to browse at our leisure. With James' help we found the mattress we liked, we went to his desk and he explained about delivery etc. We were VERY impressed with James, as he was helpful without being pushy. Overall, shopping at Dreams was a very pleasurable experience, and we will return when necessary.

Mike was very knowledgeable about all the products and I am satisfied I have made the right choice re: fillings, springs, fabrics. He was happy for me to try all the beds and didn't rush me. I didn't feel pressured into buying. And, to top it off, he made me a nice cup of coffee while my order was processed.

All questions were answered without a problem.

I was served by Mike who offered a great deal of advice and enabled me to make an informed choice. The free coffee was a good idea too.

The salesman, Mike, helpfully explained the various options available, and when we explained our requirements, he pointed us in the right direction.

Looking for a memory foam topper and Mike soon sorted me out

Easy to understand the bed grades like medium to firm etc. Help was on hand at anytime if needed and was explained how every bed was made and the insides as well the (springs and things ) .
