I was not hurried in my purchase, even encouraged to take my time, laying at least 5 mins in my sleeping position, also had good product knowledge , and advice on looking after my purchase.

We found it an extremely efficient and informative experience in choosing the item we wanted.

The shop assistant mike was very friendly and knew his stuff spent time to let me test the beds to see if I liked the mattress I tried out he did a great service if I had not had help I think I would not have bought one

We were helped by two in store colleagues in the Trowbridge branch, one who helped us find the bed and test the mattresses, and the other (Think he was the manager) helped us with our order and purchase. We were offered tea or coffee which was a very nice touch and we could spend as long as we liked in the store. We were told our bed would arrive in about two weeks, and we could give a preferred date for our convenience. We were emailed the receipt. When the bed arrived, the delivery man 'Faz' was very helpful and friendly, excellent customer service from everyone associated at Dreams.
