Dreams - Trowbridge

The bed we found was exactly what we were looking for, and Max the salesperson was very knowledgeable and able to answer our questions. He wasn't pushy on our first visit or when we returned, but was very helpful and efficient when we were ready to order the bed. Despite his warning on the first visit that there was a delay on our chosen model at present, he was pleased to be able to arrange the delivery within a week when we ordered. Overall it was a friendly and straight forward experience.

Mike and Natasha made the experience at Dreams very pleasant, enjoyable, they both had great knowledge of all the different types of mattresses etc and helped myself and my wife who has back and hip issues choose a mattress that would suit both of us, also explained that we could also exchange if not completely happy, excellent service by knowledgeable staff

Staff were proffessional and knowledgeable about the products. We were encouraged to take our time, all the questions i asked were answered. Very polite staff.

James was very informative regarding the mattresses for sale. We were given as much time as we needed to try different mattresses. All of our questions were answered satisfactorily. We were happy to make a purchase feeling we had the information needed. We were all so happy that if for any reason the mattress proved to be unsuitable within the trail period we would be able to return it.

Natasha was very helpful. The mattress selection was good.

The store assistant allowed us as much time as we liked to lie on the beds without any high pressure sales and also suggested we might like to come back another time to find just the firmness/comfort of the matresses.

Mike was very friendly and helpful, not too pushy trying to get a sale! And was very quick working out a price and very easy to talk to

The lady who we dealt with was called Natasha, she was polite, friendly and knowledgable and didn't push us towards a certain mattress or bed. She is certainly a credit to your staff.
