I managed to find a.matress I was happy with in under an hour and it was ordered withour issue

Staff were extremely friendly and left you to browse until you were ready for assistance. Offered tea/ coffee and placed order efficiently and speedily.

Mike the assistant was very knowledgable about all the products , offered us tea or coffee while we filled out paper work. We weren't rushed, it was a pleasant experience.would defiantly recommend your Trowbridge store .

Mike was warm and welcoming the two times we came to the store. We were offered and accepted a cup of coffee /tea. We wanted something specific and Mike seemed adequately knowledgable to know exactly what we needed and took us to several options that were available. All in all an enjoyable experience.

Natasha was very friendly without being pushy and certainly knew about the products. She introduced herself, talked us through the full range of products and then gave us time to try them out. When we had narrowed down our choice, she came and helped us finalise what we wanted, being very receptive to our desires and needs. We didn't feel rushed or pressured at any point. We were offered refreshments and Natasha was always on hand to help us with advice. What we experienced at Dreams was continental service (top rate) with British friendliness - a perfect combination. We left having ordered a new mattress, mattress cover and pillows. We probably would have probably purchased bed linen as well, had the choice been a bit more extensive. This is the third time we have visited Dreams to purchase beds and mattresses and while the service has always been good, today's was exceptional. Natasha is a credit to your company.
