The assistant was welcoming and prepared to spend time to answer any questions. She was knowledgrable and gave lnformation required quickly and clearly. Her friendly and courteous manner enabled me to make my choice of mattress without feeling pressured in any way. A very pleasant experience.

Excellent staff and good selection

We were approached by a friendly member of staff once we had a chance to have a look at a few beds, not as we walked in the door, which was great. She was very knowledgable and helpful and did not make us feel like we were being given the hard sell at any time. We felt able to ask questions about the different beds we liked and were given all the information we needed to make our own decision on the right bed and mattress for us. We were offered refreshments twice during our visit and looked after extremely well. We couldn't be happier with our visit.

We were week looked after and the advise given was good.
