The man was very nice and pleasant dealing with us. He understood our needs and accomadated us to these. The man was very knowledgeable and efficient. Very pleased with the customer service we received today.

We had limited time to get the mattress chosen and ordered, as we had to collect our child from Nursery. The attention and advice we received from the customer service operative was friendly, we were listened too, but it was not pushy ( which we particularly favour ). We had the order processed efficiently with no fuss, and were able to leave the store in good time to fetch our child....................Very Happy

Natasha greeted us on entering the store and immediately showed us several mattresses that would suit my wifes back problem natasha made us a drink and left us to make our choice then went through all the finance options

we checked specifications on internet. checked out product. mattress and it was just what we expected in quality. lying on mattress showed it was the correct choice for us. and the sale price made this mattress affordable. Max the sales person was excellent

Natasha was very helpful without being pushy and left us to look around and try things out without rushing us but was always available when needed

As soon as I walked in, the assistant was friendly and very helpful. The bed i chose was for my son, who was with me and the assistant spoke to him to help get an idea of what he wanted. Once the bed was chosen the paperwork was quick and delivery sorted, I was even offer a drink while waiting which was a nice thought.

Assistance was Max Harris and he was knowledgeable and able to provide the advice we required
