I came on 3 separate occasions, once to test mattresses, once to choose a mattress and bed frame and one to purchase the items that I had chosen. The staff member that I spoke on the first visit was very helpful, explaining the different mattresses and encouraging me to try the mattresses thoroughly. He also checked in on me regularly to see how my experience was going. The staff member on the second and third visit was the same and they helped us by describing the properties of the bed frames that we were looking at and then ensuring a smooth purchase process which felt as though they wanted to look after our future use of the products as well as our wallets!

The showroom is very spacious with lots of beds for you to try. Convenient parking, and within easy reach of home. Natasha was helpful and offered coffee, should we want it. The bed we choose was on offer so felt very pleased we made the visit that day.
