Dreams - Trowbridge

Mike approached us upon entering the store in Trowbridge..explained about all the different mattresses etc in a very professional manner. He then left us to try the mattresses for ourselves. He was not pushy at all which I liked..he didn't hover over us but was there if we needed him. He offered us tea/coffee which my husband accepted. Highly satisfied with his manner and also the way in which he handled our eventual purchase. He also offered us a deal on pillows. We were going to another bed store but after seeing the review of Dreams we decided to come to you. Overall would highly recommend this store and just awaiting our delivery.

The salesman Mike was highly professional and knowledgeable of the products in store,took the time to explain the values and makeup of the products I was viewing.It was good to talk to him,on the basis he knew all about the products in store.It was due to him that I went ahead and closed the sale. Had all the products we were looking for plus excellent customer service

We were well briefed by the assistance Max on our options. There were plenty of options to choose from mattresses, bed and headboards. We appreciated being offered a cup of tea and the order process did not take long at all. An enjoyable experience of shopping which is rare these days !
