James at the Trowbridge store was very friendly and helpful,showing us applicable products for our preferred budget and explaining the options.

Max was very friendly and we weren't pressured at all.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable & friendly. We didn't feel pressured to make a purchase. The variety was very good enabling us to find the perfect mattress for us. The showroom was a light & open space where we could easily browse & although very hot outside, inside it was a very pleasant temperature. Whilst making our purchase we were offered a hot drink, so could sit & relax whilst the paperwork was completed. All in all a good experience & we would recommend to others wishing to purchase similar products.

It was quick, simple, given plenty of information to allow me to make my choice. Knowledgeable staff, very polite and courteous.

We were highly satisfied with our visit today as we needed a new mattress and didn't know there was so many different types to choose from. The team in store did great explaining the difference between all the coloured coded mattresses and also to explain to extra features such as acti gel etc. The store colleague's were happy to help in every which way possible, changing the pillows in the bed so we felt more comfortable and at home and even offering us a cup of tea with our visit. It took us a little while to choose which mattress we were going to choose and all throughout our visit the staff were on hand to help if and when we needed it. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We decided to go with the acti gel mattress and also the new cool pillow as they were extremely comfortable when testing out the bed. We also got the bed cover as it was great value for money, covering your mattress for a whole 8 years! Fantastic. Overall we couldn't have asked for a better visit with better service, all staff members were on top form. Highly recommend!
