I found exactly what I wanted. I declined help till I'd looked around then was able to get help immediately

The assistant was knowledgeable and friendly. It was a quiet time if day, so he dealt with my enquiry straight away. A suitable mattress was available to take away, so I bought it there and then. I needed to try a mattress, which I did and take it away with me to get used to it before returning to work next week.

Because I wasent followed around and when asked for assistance I got

The service I received was outstanding. The gentleman was very prompt in asking me what I needed. He was very knowledgeable in the different types of mattresses and the best sort for my needs. He explained in detail and was thorough in his explanation. I was very satisfied with the customer service I received.

Michael who helped us made us feel very welcome, we weren’t rushed. Also helped us with any questions we had as we had not shopped for a mattress in a long time.
