Great sevice The 2 men that delivered the bed were very friendly and helpfull but I cant find the card to give yoy there names . please look it up as i think they deserve to be rewarded aswell

James, the bloke we dealt with was fantastic. he could not be more helpful if he tried. friendly knowledgeable and very understanding.

Mike explained every thing to us,Then left us to sample all the beds before he came back and we choose the best option for us.His knowledge was a great help to us in that it made a hard decision easier.

Staff very helpful. Cup of tea was offered straight away as soon as they knew we would be there for a while. Very understanding of my price range and helpful to keep my budget intact. Delivery will be carried out on the exact day I want it and need it. I think it was all ment to be. Very happy with my purchase and the help from the staff. Thank you very much. Max was extremely polite, helpful and efficient. He helped us make a purchase in store for our daughters bedroom and then gave us contact details to call once we’d measured at home to see which size bed we could have in the master bedroom. Was incredibly patient and explained everything fully. We’ve had a fire in our home so our situation is probably a bit different to those who usually visit but Max took the time to listen understand and help us make the right purchase. So thank you Max!

This is our second purchase of a bed from Dreams, staff have always been polite and friendly and we just wouldn't like to go anywhere else, Mike was a very helpful and courteous, chap.
