James was very helpful with choosing my bed. was able to bring beds up online so I could see the ones that were not displayed in store. very helpful with the pros and cons of each bed.

the sales asst. was very helpful and took notice of the bed we needed. Couldn't fault him in anyway. This was our first visit to this store and was very impressed . Would recommend you to anyone who is looking for a new bed.

We were highly satisfied because of the welcome we got by the working called mike in the Trowbridge branch, further more we found what we were looking for and the staff were very helpful in letting us browse the store and giving us the right and proper advice

I went into the store twice to try the mattresses. I laid on the beds and bounced on them. The sales rep left me to it for a while (after checking that I didn't need assistance). When I was ready to talk about placing an order the sales rep was really helpful. He even moved one of the beds away from the wall so that I could have a good look at the frame. I purchased three mattresses, some bedding and a bed frame.

Overall, impressed with the whole experience from choosing a mattress that we liked to the speed of booking and paying for it. Very happy with the store managers approach and knowledge of the products. This is not the 1st time that we have bought from Dreams in Trowbidge, and it certainly won't be the last.

The Store Assistant was very friendly, professional and helpful. He made us feel welcome.
