Dreams - Trowbridge

A friendly, informative but not pushy salesman called Mike helped me choose a mattress. When filling out the paperwork he clearly explained different options.

Mike was very knowledgeable and happy to take the time to help us find the right pillow for a historic neck/back problem

We walked into the store just to look around and the staff were very helpful and friendly and after I had spoken to my partner we walked out with a fantastic bed.

Mike, the assistant, was very helpful and attentive without being pushy. He listened to what we said and took on board what we were saying. (We really enjoyed the coffee and tea too.)

The moment we walked through the door we were greeted by mike in an extremely welcoming manor, he was genuinely keen to help me and my partner find the right matress and explain every possibility to us ( first matress purchase and we had no idea what the difference between any of them were). He kept us hydrated and made sure we had everything we needed before we left!

I only went in to purchase 4 pillows but also with the intention of just looking around and getting ideasfor a replacement mattress. However I felt that the sales assistant Michael so attentive when listening to me and so knowledgeable and helpful with my questions it made sense to to purchase my new mattress there and then. Not only that I also bought a mattress protector and insurance together with arrangements to collect and dispose of my old mattress. Michael was brilliant and it is him I would recommend to my friends. I trust him!

James was very polite, explained in detail the different types of mattress, helped me to choose a headboard, and then showed me the types of ottoman beds available. He gave me s pillow, talked about my back problem, he offered refreshment , I had a welcome bottle of water. He was not at all pushy , and gave me plenty of tome to try out the beds. Thank you.

We were left to browse uninterrupted until we needed assistance. When needed the salesman was knowledgable and helpful.

First visit to dreams. Salesman explained the colour code and showed us the range we were looking for. Knew his products and listened to our needs

I always go to dreams as they are so helpful and friendly, they haven't let me down yet and deserve the credit given.
