Dreams - Trowbridge

Charlotte was very helpful and not pushy in any way. She was relaxed and happy and a pleasure to deal with. We were fortunate in that we were the only customers in store at the time. It is this customer interaction that will make me return and avoid the non human face of Internet shopping.

I went to Dreams Trowbridge and was first served by Charlotte (a new member of staff - but I would have never guessed that). A few days later I phoned twice and spoke to the store manger James. I then returned to the store and placed my order with James. Both Charlotte and James were brilliant. Excellent customer service, excellent knowledge of the products, really helpful and a lovely manner. I was so impressed with them both that I had no desire to compare with any other bed shops - it had to be Dreams Trowbridge!

From start to finish, ordering process was friendly yet highly professional and completed quickly. Thank you Trowbridge staff.

The asistant (Michael) was very quick to help showed us the ranges we were interested in gave a pillow each and left us to select the bed we liked then explained the details clearly without being pushy.
