Mike was very attentive & knowledgable

The assistant went out of his way to be helpful. He did not pressurise us in any way, explained all our options in detail and allowed us all the time needed to make up our minds.

Charlotte was very helpful, did not put us under any pressure and was very knowledgeable.

Having been recommended to see and try the product (a lovely mattress) it met our expectations fully. Max was most helpful in explaining the product, which helped us to make up our minds. We are greatly looking forward to receiving our new mattress when we move to our new home shortly.

When we arrived in ur Trowbridge store mike greeted us as we went in and asked if we knew wot we were llooking lookking for or if we needed help which we did. Mike was fantastic he took the time to hear what we wanted and got us a brilliant bed that we will look forward to sleeping in then our bed arrives. Will definitely recommend dreams
