Dreams - Trowbridge

Micheal was brilliant he greeted us as soon as we walked in and he asked would we like some help.he went through all the different mattresses and explained the different types.he even offered us a hot drink not like most shops you go into you don’t get offered anything.after Micheal showed us the mattresses he left us to look around at our pleasure and he said he’s there if we needed anything which was very nice.

from the minuet we entered to the minuet we left your staff where frindley knowlagable and polite, we have had a Dream bed before so we know what we where looking for. The intervention and assistance of the store manger was excelent and his advice has help us make what we are hoping to be a better Dreams experience. Oh and the cup of tea was very welcome

We were served by Charlotte and Mike in the Trowbridge store. Both very welcoming and friendly staff. We had previously gone in to Dreams in Trowbridge around a year ago and didn’t have the best customer service experience, so we were expecting the same this time but we were really pleasantly surprised and it has definitely changed our opinion on the store and would happily return and recommend to friends and family. Both Mike and Charlotte were really helpful and they are both definitely the reason why we would happily return to the store again.

There were staff on hand ready to help us. Told us everything we needed to know and helped us find the perfect mattress. They were super friendly as well.

The assistant was very knowledgeable about the products and he made me feel very comfortable he even made me a coffee.

The range of products and their display was very good. Plenty of parking space. The quality of the staff, their product knowledge, courtesy and friendliness was very good. They were not pushy or over effusive. A very good purchasing experience oveall.
