James at The Trowbridge store, spend time with me, understand my needs and my budget and offering alternatives. I did not feel pushed into buying something out of my price range. He offered me drinks and my questions were answered throughout. James clearly knew the stock and was very knowledgeable

When I first went into the store I was trying to find something in my price range and James helped me to find the right one for the right price, the second time I came in I had a couple of doubts about the one I chose and James again helped me to chose a better one and for the same price
