Very friendly but not at all pushy.. but gave advice when needed. Really lovely manner n good explanation of product. Easy to talk to. Very polite. Very recommendable service overall

Charlotte and Mike were very friendly and welcoming (Mike offered a cup of coffee while we placed our order) They took their time over our order taking time to understand our needs and desires and answered all our questions and took details to contact us the next day with a disposal query.

I was given plenty of time to browse. We tried several beds and were given unbiased advice re the different types of mattresses. He explained the difference between the sprung, foam and combination of sprung and foam mattresses. He explained the system to return if not satisfied , and the price and method of Dreams picking up our old mattress.

Advice was given freely with no sales pressure. We had lots of questions and that was no problem to Max. He knew about the differences in the mattresses that we tried. It all went smoothly

The staff member who assisted us was very knowledgeable on all the products (Max) didn’t automatically guide us to the most expensive range but to exactly what was more in line with out requirements.

I did not feel pressured into buying however wanted through the excellent service I recieved from Mike. He was knowledgable, friendly and made us feel at ease. I was impressed that the store was laid out in a way to help us choose the right mattress and the help we recieved made it easy choosing the right one.
