Friendly staff with lots of choices. Good information and low pressure selling.

The gentle man who served my husband and my self was very helpful and knew exactly what we were looking for and was very understanding and not at all pushy like some stores we have visited.( His name was Mike).

I knew which bed and mattress I wanted as this is the third purchase I have made in the store. However, the assistant Charlotte was helpful, warm and professional and gave me some more ideas to think about.

It was quick easy and friendly

I was assisted by Charlotte, who was really knowledgeable and very friendly. This was such a nice experience as I had just come form another bed shop where there customer service was appalling. Even if I had not come from a bad exp I still feel I woudl have rated Charlotte high for her attention, her genuine help and professional sales manner. Your store layout was easy and the toilets were clean, always a bonus!

I was lucky in that there was no other customers so I got immediate attention, without any distraction. Salesperson was knowledgeable and patient.

Mike greeted us Immediately we entered the store, enquiring what we were looking for and giving assistance, explaining and showing what the different firmness of the mattresses were. He offered us a drink of coffee, gave us a pillow each and told us to take our time and spend as long as we like testing the different mattresses. He was always available to answer our questions on the different types of mattresses. Mike made the experience very pleasant.

From entering the store, Mike made us feel very welcome. The offer of a cup of tea was appreciated. We never felt under any pressure to purchase, he would dip in and out to talk to us and make sure we were ok- we really appreciated the 'alone time' to browse the beds and mattresses. He answered all our queries with ease and made it a pleasurable experience.

Assistant took time to explain and advice given to help me.

The store manager was very helpful not pushy and sympathetic to our needs
