We were given an extremely friendly welcome in store (Trowbridge) by Michael. We knew what we thought we wanted and he seamlessly guided us through the purchase procedure so that we would get delivery before Christmas. Everything has been brilliant. Communication regarding delivery excellent. All together a fantastic service. Thank you

Didn't really know what bed we were after as we hadn't bought one for years, the sale's person advised on what would be suitable gave us pillows and left to make us a cup of tea while we tried them out without any pressure

The gentleman was very polite pointing out the beds which were suitable for our requirements advising us to try different ones before buying and also different types. He went through the paperwork quickly but informing us of offers and guarantees and also about us being contacted by delivery drivers on day of delivery for timings

The gentleman that served us was extremely pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and even offered a hot drink! Which I might add was very gratefully taken up. Overall choosing our bed was a really pleasant experience. We shall definitely recommend Dreams to our friends and family.

I usually don't fill out surveys, I hope /expect a good service. If not received I just go somewhere else. On this occasion I thought the service was friendly knowledgeable and Charlotte was very patient. Have already praised the service to a friend and my girlfriend when I got home.
