Both of the assistants we were served by were fantastic. Meg was new and she was amazing and Charlotte was both helpful and supportive to her colleague!

Mike in the Trowbridge store was knowledgeable, friendly and very patient. Dave the delivery driver was also great. We were kept very well.informed of delivery times and the overall service has been first class. Very satisfied.

We had a lovely Sales Assistant called Charlotte who was highly attentive, very friendly and very knowledgeable but was not pushy so it made the whole experience very relaxing. Her knowledge of mattresses and beds was very good and pointed out quite a few choices of mattresses to suit our needs. She understood what each mattress did and what they were made of without looking anything up. Fantastic service and a Sales Assistant to hold onto Dreams Beds. Our appointment started on time, the colleague who helped us (Linzie) was amazing - super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and very easy to talk to. What more could you ask for?! She talked us through all the options available and the process of finding a bed at Dreams, showed us plenty of models to try and gave us plenty of time to make our choice. We didn't feel pressured to make a decision or to buy, but ended up trying to choose between a couple of mattresses that both felt fantastic. We also both decided to purchase the pillows we'd used to try the mattresses, although we hadn't been looking to get pillows, so we are already feeling the benefits before our new mattress is delivered! All in all, our appointment by far exceeded expectations and we would absolutely recommend Dreams Trowbridge and especially Linzie - she is truly an asset to the company! :) Keep up the excellent work!
