The store assistant took time to explain the Covid safety procedures and then listened to what we were looking for and advised us on suitable products accordingly. They showed they had good understanding and product knowledge. The order system was very efficient and we were delighted the bed could be ordered in 4 days.

The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products in the store. I was abled to try out a selection of mattresses until I found one which best suited my needs. The store was hygienically clean and the staff were wearing masks. All in all a pleasant experience.
