Entered the building not knowing anything properly about beds and ending up happy with choice of mattress and a couple of pillows and understanding what comfort was needed thanks to the easy access of choice and employees

The overall experience was excellent. I always visit this store when purchasing bedroom furniture and beds. Quality and customer service is exceptional. The coffee was good too!

The server was very friendly and nice to my daughter who was running around and provided a drink for her and allowed her to play and spent time with me

I’ve always brought my beds and mattresses from dreams and it doesn’t matter which one I go to I always get a smile and great service

The sales man was so helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions and explained the cost of all my goods. He didn't make me feel uncomfortable, even though I was firing questions at him, he made sure I could understand everything I was questioning. I was very highly satisfied

Alex was very informative and helpful with me regarding lowering the overall cost of the items and suggesting the best option at a lower cost. We were offered water and made sure we got the free offer of pillows. He was very reassuring with us. He has peoples skills.

Everything was great except we need to wait for a month for delivery

I have problems sleeping and have problems choosing the right mattress. Its very important that I get the right one considering how expensive mattresses can be. I had no idea about the science behind it but the sales person at the Stevenage branch ('Nilufar') was very patient with me and addressed all my concerns. She took her time helping me which is something I appreciated a lot as some sales people can be very impatient. She gave me all my options and plenty of time to make an informed decision. She made me feel very welcome rather than being a nuisance with my concerns and worries over my back when I sleep.

Nilufar at the Stevenage branch was really helpful, explained the options, did the computer test to find what type of bed I needed, and I would be more than happy to recommend friends and family to visit the store. I can't recommend the service I received highly enough.
