The sales assistant was fantastic, she was great with my son and he was able to choose what he wanted for his new bed. He was so happy and she was great with him. It was a lovely experience from start to finish and we are looking forward to getting the bed.

Mehrnoush from the Stevenage store served us. She was knowledgable, friendly, attentive and gave the right balance of advice and personal experience. Very happy. I am hoping my new mattress will solve nearly 2 years of back pain issues.

First shop we had looked at for a new bed. The sales assistant took the time to ask and understand our requirements. The digital test bed was really helpful in finding out suitable beds for our needs. We are really pleased with the choice made and were really happy with the whole experience.

We had a very positive experience from the moment we entered the store. We were greated and attended to immediately by a cery friendly, professional and efficient staff, her name was Mehrnoush. We used technology to find the best mattress which was quick and easy as we were expecting to take a long time decidind for the right mattress. Then the Mehrnoush showed us different beds and told us about the offers available. She gave us all the information and gave us time to decide so we never felt rushed. We found the best suitable products to us, all in 30 minutes, better then expected.

The lady in the shop was amazing really helpful and treated my kids as people and madw them fell welcome, if anyone deserves the 500 shopping valcher its her, she was brilliant

The store assistant took time to explain the Covid safety procedures and then listened to what we were looking for and advised us on suitable products accordingly. They showed they had good understanding and product knowledge. The order system was very efficient and we were delighted the bed could be ordered in 4 days.
