Dreams - Stevenage

Greeted at the door. Given hand sanitizer & given 1:1 attention for the whole visit. Dreams representative asked for relevant information & steered us straight to the mattress we ended up buying. Very knowledgeable & wasn't just pushing the most expensive item, but the one that suited us best. Not rushed at all.

The staff at the Stevenage branch were very friendly and helpful (Michael and Rhonda). I chose to take home a rolled mattress on the day and Michael carried it back to my car for me which was much appreciated. I would definitely use Dreams again, especially the Stevenage branch. Thank you Rhonda and Michael.

Very professional staff

Michael was very knowledgeable, had alot of patience with us. Took time to understand our needs and best fit. The staff were very helpful as we have 2 energetic kids and the staff took the pressure off, for us to have the time and find exactly what we wanted. Michael listened very well supported with every step of the sales process to the support of leaving with a few goods. Thank you for a great experience.

The gentleman (Irish chap didn't get his name) that served me in stevenage was super friendly and helpful. I could tell he was passionate about his work and a credit to the company and store.

This is the second bed I have bought from Dreams and I was served by Rhonda - what a lovely lady and excellent at her job. She has a good knowledge of the products, places the order with efficiency and it is getting delivered on Saturday.
