We were served by Rhonda and she was very knowledgeable and informative about all the beds and very explanatory about the machine that we laid on and explained everything clearly. Also answered all our questions we asked her regarding the different beds the machine chose for us. A very valued member of staff I would say.

There were two people working at the store and they were both lovely and understood my needs I was assisted by a lady who took all my needs into consideration and went through everything with me

I was highly satisfied with dreams, the sevicr i got was excellent, the store manager graham was very helpful and no pressure.

The young man who served me was very pleasant and helpful. he encouraged me to to try several different mattresses and even got me some water as I am old and was tired. The bed has all that I was looking for.
