We were greeted by Graeme who was friendly and very professional. He listened carefully to what we wanted and the took us through the selection process explaining everything as we went. We were given plenty of time to try the various mattresses as many times as we needed. The ordering process was quick and easy again Graeme explained all our options at each stage.

Nilufar was awesome, she was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and allowed me to try out and to me pick the perfect bed.

I had a fantastic experience at the dreams store in Stevenage the manager Graham was there to answer any questions that Nalifur was unable to answer. They gave me and my partner the time and effort 100% and was able to test out the product. They explained what dreams offer and can offer if I need help and support after purchase. I have was highly satisfied with both their customer care and understanding of i have just bought a new house and I want to make the right purchase in the right price range. Amazing work from both representing Dreams Stevenage. Will definitely reccomend to friends and family and purchase again.

We walked in just to kill some time while our car was valeted, but Store assistant Alex was so informative that we end up buying a mattress. We were impressed how he took time to show us around, explain and give an advice, especially that it was closing time. We didn’t feel rushed at all. 100% recommend the store in Stevenage.
