Dreams - Stevenage

The shop was nice and clean, we were welcomed from the minute we entered the store, were explained about the different mattresses and types if beds and pillows.

Both staff members were very helpful and knowledgeable. Were not pushy or trying to sell us something we did not want. One colleague was new but answered all our queries well and the store manager also assisted and we had a coffee and general talks.

I went in with with a list of things I needed. For disabled father, I explained to gentleman exactly what was needed. He showed me a selection of mattresses that may help, which I myself tried out , there was a choise of 2 that was great, but I chose one that needed to be less than 9inch high. Great service and help

We were served by Alex on Sunday who was very patient and very helpful. Didn't try to rush us and gave us space to think when we needed. Credit to the store.

Graeme provided excellent customer service at the Stevenage branch. We were happy with the speed of processing our order and for all our needs being met.

Salesperson, Alex, was extremely helpful, even making allowance for the fact we had our baby granddaughter with us. He was both clear and knowledgeable in his explanations and bent over backwards to ensure we ended up with a product we both liked.

My son was the one looking for a bed, he went to the store and was helped by staff and given relavent information and told about all options. I then went to the store to arrange the payment, staf were very helpful and friendly.
