I brought my two elderly parents, both in their mid 80s both shielding due to age and my dad in remission from cancer. The staff listened and adapted both their approach and the store ensuring we avoided other customers. They were patient with my parents who have hearing problems and my dad who struggles walking.

The customer service was excellent. The employee assisting us asked what we were searching for and several questions to narrow down the options she could recommend to us. She showed us two options, but made it clear that she would be happy to show us more. Everything was uncomplicated and relaxed, but also structured and concise.
