Dreams - Stevenage

My daughter and I visited the store in Stevenage and were looked after by a lovely lady called Rhonda. She was knowledgeable about the products, gave us great advice and what was really nice didn't push us into making a decision that day which I think is really important. We went away and had a think about it and then I rang the next day and placed the order. She went through everything with us and placed the order. I had been recommended to go to Dreams by a friend...so I was so pleased to have such a pleasant experience. We also visited Benson for Beds and it was awful...the staff had very little experience, gave minimal advice and the staff were more interested in chatting to each other. Rhonda is a star employee and she doesn't go for the hard sell. I personally would find this really off putting so she gets it just right.

The lady who assisted us was really friendly and very polite. This was contrary to the service received at another Dreams where the lady was rude hence we decided to change the shop and go to another branch where the service received was excellent. We really loved the product hence we could not allow the poor customer care at another branch affect our judgement. Really glad we received good service

The young lady that served me was very knowledgeable about the products that I wanted. Helpful she seemed to know what was the best beds for my requirements. She gave me plenty of time to look and choose everything I needed. Gave me options. Her name was monsoureh.

Staff very friendly. listened to our needs. Did not rush for us to make a decision. They spoke in an honest manner. Not pushy. Understood the product well. Supplied us with water. Kept to the social distancing rules at all times. We left the shop feeling proud we use Dreams for our purchase.
