offered water and used the machine whiched recommended the right mattress and Rhonda very good

We booked an appointment, in time, not rushed. Rhonda was very friendly and knowledgeable. Covid protect was excellent and better than other stores we had been in.

My daughter and I visited the store in Stevenage and were looked after by a lovely lady called Rhonda. She was knowledgeable about the products, gave us great advice and what was really nice didn't push us into making a decision that day which I think is really important. We went away and had a think about it and then I rang the next day and placed the order. She went through everything with us and placed the order. I had been recommended to go to Dreams by a friend...so I was so pleased to have such a pleasant experience. We also visited Benson for Beds and it was awful...the staff had very little experience, gave minimal advice and the staff were more interested in chatting to each other. Rhonda is a star employee and she doesn't go for the hard sell. I personally would find this really off putting so she gets it just right.

I had ordered a mattress on line as due to covid 19 i did not want to go to a store. The mattress that i brought was just too hard and i was in the process of returning it. I was told about dreams and the machine that is used to see what tension i needed, so my intention was that if i felt comfortable with their covid 19 hygiene then i would find my tension bed and then maybe buy on line again. But Chris was the guy who served me and he followed everything to make me feel safe, and himself to. He took his time as i must have tried nearly 10 beds. He listened to what i was looking for and gave me what i wanted. The machine said i needed a firm mattress but he showed me and trailed me on all kinds of mattress until i was happy and he was happy that i had the right one. It was in the sale and delivery was within a week...so perfect for me. He was a very good sales man, he knew his stuff, did not put any pressure on me to buy and most of all was safe. I had no hesitation in buying the mattress from him or dreams and would do it again.
