My wife & I had intended to visit several stores to decide which mattress we wanted. The staff were very helpful and friendly so we decided to purchase the mattress and save the bother of visiting other stores in the area.

We booked an appointment the previous day and on arriving at the store we were greeted by a member of staff who dealt with us. She was extremely thorough and explained clearly how she would help us make the correct choice. She also explained the procedures in place due to Covid 19 and checked that we were happy with these. There was no pressure & no rush as we attempted to chose between 2 different mattresses. At all times we felt we were treated with respect and ultimately happy to complete a purchase
