The female member of staff was very attentive and knowledgeable I didn’t feel rushed I was able to try several beds nothing was to much trouble.

Very friendly and attentive staff at the shop. Left alone when we wanted and there to help whenever we had a question or query. Very knowledgable.

I went in for a new mattress. The assistant approached me and offered to check my physical requirements on the computer/bed. She (her name began with K, possibly Kathy) showed me the recommended items, I tried/chose one. Asked about interest free credit, she went through the options and within half an hour it was done and being delivered in just over a weeks time. Throughout she was friendly, courteous, professional and in the end, efficient. What more could you ask for for?

Great service, very personalised

Kerry at Eastbourne was extremely helpful. Offered a bottle of water to myself and companion. She guided us about the store, as builders were replacing the skylights. She explained how different shops had different ranges from bed companies. I used the machine to establish what bed would suit me best and then showed various options for me to test. I was given time and space to try beds a make my decision. I was short on time, so arranged to call back in the afternoon. I was pleasantly greeted on my return and sat down to order mattress

Prompt knowledgeable helpful service. Allowed time for my son to try the different mattress to ensure he was happy - didn’t feel rushed
