Overall everything from visiting the shop through to Eli very of the bed, mattress and pillow was dealt with efficiently and went smoothly. The lady in the store was very helpful, friendly and polite. The Eli very men were also very efficient, polite and had foot coverings on. We are extremely happy with our new bed.

Chris very helpful in locating wanted item in stock in another branch. Very prompt service. Called back later that day to purchase and arrange delivery, again a very helpful young lady sorted order and delivery. Product being delivered on Wednesday. Promptness itself, for which I thank you.
