Served immediately and given all the help we needed by a polite and knowledgeable assistant. The bed and accessories was for our daughter and as it is not being delivered until 8 January we will not be able to comment on its overall comfort etc at this time but it certainly looked very good in the store.

Kerry was an incredible sales rep, constantly left us plenty of time together to make a comfortable and informed decision. We felt absolutely no pressure and was an overwhelmingly pleasant experience. We wouldn't shop anywhere else now thanks to Kerry and was only initially browsing! Thanks again Kerry! John, our sales consultant, was very friendly and accomdated our needs by taking the time to listen to what we wanted. He took the time to show us the different options and helped us make our choice in our purchase

Visited Eastbourne branch, 18/12/21. The showroom was well presented and stocked. The two staff we met, Joshua and a lady colleague x were amazing - friendly, knowledgeable, patient and genuinely interested in helping.

I quite genuinely felt this was the most positive experience I have ever had buying beds (which can be complicated as there are so many factors to be taken into account). The salesperson I dealt with (John in Eastbourne) was outstanding. He could not have been more gracious, responsive, quick to understand our needs, or clear in explaining a large volume of data simply and quickly. He was clearly very knowledgeable and I felt I could trust him - he wasn't just pushing a product. He inspired confidence. That meant a lot to me. In the past I have always bought beds from a major department store and in recent times have found it a painful and stressful experience. I can truly say that I will be coming back to your store the next time I need beds (which will probably be in the New Year). I really am very grateful for the service I received.

John was the Assistant at the Eastbourne branch who helped make my experience with Dreams a good one. He was really helpful and was able to answer all my questions, he also put me on the diagnostic bed which proved that the mattress I had chosen was the correct one. Considering it is the Christmas period the mattresses are being delivered on the 21st December and the frames 29th December and 4th Jan which I thought was pretty good. I will certainly recommend Dreams to my family and friends.

Staff were able to advise on how the bed would be delivered and that as it is assembled (we are paying for assembly) it doesn't have to come in one huge box/package and that it can be delivered in separate parts. Knowledge of bed and mattresses excellent. We were served by John at the Eastbourne store - the other staff were also helpful in that same store.

The manager went and measured bed to make sure the headboard I wanted to buy would fit the bed base I had at home as it was half of a superking divan, he was not serving me, but was willing to do this which meant he had to go upstairs. There was a nice friendly atmosphere in the shop, and there was definitely a team working together for the good of the customer feel I enjoyed shopping at this store very much.
