Dreams - Eastbourne

My last visit to a Dreams store was in portslade and we had fabulous service from Julie(Judy??) her product knowledge was great and very good customer service with patience. This time we went to the Eastbourne branch in the retail park and spoke to John. We have had service from him before and nothing has changed as his product knowledge was great very helpful and patient I wanted a bed base the same colour as my Dreams purchased head board, Natural, but couldn’t remember the colour so John took the time to call portslade branch to find out. After discussing the possibilities he wrote the details and I later called him back and confirmed the order over the phone. Great customer service thank you to both staff members.

Rather than buying online, we thought it better to go to an actual store and try the mattresses. The staff were very attentive, even though it was the busy sale period. We were assisted within 1 minute of entering the store. The assistant was so helpful, pleasant and very understanding of our needs. She paid good attention to hygiene. We were pleasantly surprised at the speed of the delivery date, the delivery communication was excellent and we received the mattress with absolutely no hitches. We are very pleased with our purchase and the service we received.

Staff were attentive, courteous, considerate, had excellent product knowledge and not pushy. Very professional. If only retail staff everywhere were like this!!

I was approached by a member of staff whilst looking around the store and was directed to where the item we were looking for was. The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. Ordering was quick and the delivery dates not to long

John at the Eastbourne store was incredibly knowledgeable & helpful. He encouraged us to use the sleep machine to find out which mattress would be best for us as a couple - even though we thought we knew what we were looking for - & this enabled us to try different mattresses that would would not have initially thought of.
