Dreams - Eastbourne

We have ordered wardrobes, there wasn’t a big choice but what you had was exactly what we wanted. We we’re approached by a member of staff within 5 minutes & was provided with a tape measure to measure the furniture we wanted, once we were happy with what we had chosen we were unsure if it would all fit so we’re given measurements of all the furniture for us to measure up at home we then returned to the shop 2 days later to place our order, all the staff were friendly, we was offered a drink. Before we paid the card machine was cleaned I was reassured seeing this being done. We now have to wait up to 12 weeks for our furniture to be delivered.

Joshua was very quick to offer assistance and gave me useful information and advice. I found the whole process easy and it was great that I could have the product within 7 days if necessary. I liked the free water at the end - a nice touch!

The lady who helped us was great , she spoke to us as we walked in the door and we explained what we wanted ....she then popped us on the bed that sorts what type of bed would be good for us . She knew exactly the beds to take us to try and the one we have chosen is fabulous and we can’t wait for it to arrive .

The staff member came over immediately and asked us our needs and helped immensely during our time there. We couldn't be happier with the service we received!

We were greeted on arrival by Kerry who asked us what she could help us with. We explained why we needed a new bed….. we had bought an Emma mattress last year and it has developed a “lump”in the middle. Kerry explained about this type of mattress, showing a lot of knowledge. We had already decided we wanted a sprung mattress this time and Kerry couldn’t have been more helpful. She was so pleasant and understanding of our needs, we felt totally safe, given pillows and paper towels. Kerry offered coffee and ensured we were distanced from other customers at all times. Kerry went through all the options given by the analytical device. We tried every mattress with Kerry ensuring we were totally satisfied with our final choice. The payment and delivery options were explained in detail. We were very satisfied and I’d like to say that Dreams are lucky to have Kerry.

The advisor was knowledgeable, not pushy but helpful. He made the process easy.
