We were served very quickly and given a range of products to try. All of them were in stock and available to be taken away. The Sales Assistant, Denville, was not pushy and gave us plenty of time to consider our options. There was no hard sell of any extras either.

Everything about the visit was very professional, I"m not the easiest of customers to deal with but the person who dealt with me knew his business so I felt I was satisfied with my purchase without feeling mugged off.

Assistance was first class,products readily available and prompt delivery. I opted for bed install and again The install team were superb. I have worked in retail for 30 years and it was a great experience from start to finish. I will definitely recommend. Top marks to Ian and the team at dreams Potters Bar

We ordered the bed from potters bar and Ian was very helpful and accommodating

I went to the store to look at various options, but I did have an idea of what I wanted, which was a "small double" bed with either a guest bed under or storage of some kind. Ian was very helpful and showed me several options, including one which was a display model and on special offer which exactly met what I was looking for, so the price was great too!

I was assisted by Ian in store who made choosing very easy. He was polite, kind and efficient and generally very helpful.
